At Nene Vale Motor Company Ltd we are proud to have gained RAC Approved dealer status, it is a demonstration of the standards we work to and our commitment to customer care. RAC designed the scheme so that they could recommend cars to their 8 million members in total confidence. This is what they say about Nene Vale Motor Company Ltd . As an RAC Approved Dealer we have undertaken to prepare all our vehicles to RAC Approved Preparation Standards. This includes an 82 point pre delivery inspection and a full MOT Certificate with every vehicle that has less than 6 months MOT remaining. We carry out an Oil Service, Fluids Top Up and Vehicle Check on all vehicles before delivery. We are audited by the RAC on a monthly basis to ensure we are consistently preparing our vehicles to the RAC Approved Used Vehicle Program Standards.

RAC recognise that car buyers want added reassurance when buying a used vehicle and our members look to us to advise them on how they can purchase a car with confidence as well as peace of mind. As usual, we've gone a little further and also set about putting them in contact with a dealership that shares their ethos for quality, integrity and exceptional customer service.

That's why we developed BuySure; a guarantee that every car purchased from one of our Approved Dealers comes with the following:

82 Point Vehicle Preparation Standard

An RAC approved vehicle preparation standard that all Approved dealers have to meet and are audited on.

RAC Warranty

A minimum of 60 days RAC warranty.

12 Months Breakdown Cover

Vehicle based breakdown including Roadside, Recovery and At Home.

Car Data Check

Ensures the vehicle you are buying isn't stolen, written off or has outstanding finance.

RAC Accident Care

Your RAC breakdown cover includes Accident Care and Motor Legal Care (for the duration of Breakdown Cover).
