It came to a point where I needed to replace my car during the coronavirus lock down. The staff were all helpful & knowledgable, even though I was unable to test drive any of the cars seen. I chose a Seat Leon FR, which I collected the following week. There was an issue with the passenger door which was quickly resolved at a time of my choosing. I never felt pressured at any point.
